So, I have seen many successful blogs from friends & family and I thought it might be a good way to publish some of the funny jokes that I've gotten over the years (without having to send them out to everyone again). I am also hoping to eventually get to posting simple updates on my life up here in Laramie. It should be VERY fun!!
I will admit that currently life is just about perfect. I can only wish that my family back in Dallas was feeling better equipped to handle the challenges that they are facing. Or that I would be more able to assist them from up here. I am bringing Dyan up here for a visit this weekend and that should be a blast - but I was also hoping to get my mom up here for a visit soon too. I guess I'll see how the first Laramie trip goes then plan from there. Second wish would be that my work schedule would get back to something normal enough that I don't feel tired about 95% of the time! And I'd also LOVE to have a permanent position instead of the contractor gig. Oh well! I'll just keep my fingers crossed and see what happens with it all.
